Who makes this biltong?
Jay, from Meat @ Jay's, hand-makes every single piece of biltong — no factories, no shortcuts. He cures, slices, and packs each batch himself using his own recipe from years of experimenting.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are cut and packed within 4 working days, then sent by post — most orders arrive within 2 working days of dispatch. You'll receive an email from us when your product ships.
What's in the biltong, and are there any allergens?
Biltong and Biltong Sticks ("Stokkies"):

Chilli Chutney Biltong:

How should I store it, and how long does it keep?
Once opened, our biltong is best eaten straight away. Should you want to keep it, we suggest storing it in the fridge in the open packet and eating it within 3 days. Make sure the packet is open in the fridge so that air can flow around the product.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are taken securely through Stripe at checkout — major debit and credit cards are accepted.
Do you ship outside the UK?
